Deposit and cancellation policy:

For cancellations 44 days or less before scheduled arrival date, 50% of the original reservation total will be charged. If a reservation is modified to change the arrival date 45 days ahead or more of the original reservation and then cancelled, 50% of the total of the original reservation will be charged. No-shows are charged the full amount. Tax is not included. Please notify us of flight itinerary. For the season of December 20th through January 10th, the unit(s) must be prepaid in the form of a credit card, money order or cashier's check within 14 days of making the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation, for a minimum of seven nights, and it is non-refundable. For the season of March first through April thirty.
